An Aquarion Employee Highlight: Cancer Survivor with a Message
Some call her a hero. Some call her a superwoman. Others call her Mom, sister, and wife.
But to co-workers, she is Sue Cornut (on left), a warm, wonderful person, and a two-time cancer survivor.
At the 11th annual 5K Run/Walk For Women in New York City, which raises funds to help eradicate women's cancers, Sue, a senior customer service representative and trainer at Aquarion Water Company, carried a pink stuffed bear and the loving support of her family and friends as she walked from Times Square to the East Meadow in Central Park. She wore a yellow hat that identified her as a cancer survivor, and a sign that told the world she actually has beaten breast cancer twice.
