Water Supply Emergency Update

Per the Connecticut Department of Public Health's Declaration & Order dated September 29, 2016, Aquarion Water Company will provide this weekly water supply emergency update for our Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan and Stamford water systems.

Pipeline inspection done on 12/6/16 and 12/9/16

Violators: No violators were reported.

Customer direct mail: Direct mail postcard mailed to all Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan and Stamford customers on 10/5/16. A second postcard was mailed on 10/19/16. A third postcard will be mailed early next week.

Senior management at Aquarion and Suez are planning a face-to-face meeting of our operating teams early in the new year.

 

D. Communications with Connecticut officials in Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan and Stamford

 

Aquarion has had day-to-day communications with town officials. A conference call with town officials, health directors and the CT Department of Health is scheduled for Friday, December 16.
